  • Red Enlaces Abierta a la Comunidad/Enlaces Network Open to the CommunityThis Spanish language presentation describes a recent project of Chiles Red Enlaces to widen access to ICT beyond the boundaries of the school building to the larger community. Through this initiative, computer labs provided by Enlaces will open for school community use and operate as training places in basic ICT skills, in extra-curricular hours.
